Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform accurate and efficient point-of-sale (POS) transactions.
- Manage stock replenishment, including unloading deliveries and organizing items on the sales floor.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock takes.
- Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate issues to the store supervisor when necessary.
- Support daily store opening and closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Physically fit to handle stock movement and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
