Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment activities
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer service
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Well-groomed with professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
