Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product recommendations and demonstrate features to drive sales.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product displays.
- Efficiently process transactions at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and participating in stock takes.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and resolution-focused thinking.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn new product knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Possess a professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
