Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide product demonstrations and offer expert advice on baby care items.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, and shelves are well-stocked at all times.
- Handle stock receiving, tagging, and inventory monitoring efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a prompt and positive manner.
- Assist in setting up seasonal promotions and store displays to enhance visual merchandising.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking team player.
