Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers, helping them find products and answer questions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain store appearance by organizing merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and receiving new shipments
- Actively promote products and upsell to maximize sales and meet targets
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with a passion for retail and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in previous employment
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
