Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with customers in a retail setting to promote automotive products and services effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing client needs.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store and organizing promotional displays.
- Generate leads and convert walk-ins into potential sales opportunities through persuasive communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Process customer documentation and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong passion for cars and a willingness to learn new products.
