Samsonite, the world's most trusted travel brand, is looking for a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team at the Sogo SKM location in Johor Bahru. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect travel solutions while ensuring our retail floor shines.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product features and benefits.
- Actively contribute to store sales goals through effective product demonstrations and suggestive selling.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor, ensuring all displays meet brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, performing regular stock counts, and organizing the stockroom.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and store events.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping environment for all patrons.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a distinct advantage).
- Energetic, proactive, and positive attitude with a genuine interest in retail sales.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy stock items (luggage inventory).
- Previous experience in retail, travel goods, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-groomed with a professional appearance.
