Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers and understanding their specific needs.
- Demonstrate and sell Samsung IT products, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops, ensuring a high level of product knowledge.
- Manage Point of Sale (POS) operations efficiently to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the Samsung Experience Store to ensure an appealing environment.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and organization to keep the sales floor fully stocked.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the IT or electronics industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
