Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to mall visitors interested in Samsung products
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain product knowledge of Samsung's latest IT products and innovations
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and excellent customer experience
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in business or marketing is a plus
- Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required for motivated candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly
- Passion for technology and interest in Samsung products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
