In this role, you will be responsible for attending to customers' needs, processing transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system, and providing accurate information regarding our products and promotions. You will take ownership of the sales floor by ensuring shelves are fully stocked, displays are attractive, and the store environment is clean and safe.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent service at every touchpoint.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Replenish shelves and ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, displayed, and rotated to minimize waste.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and store premises clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with monthly stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Support management in achieving daily sales targets and upholding operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the retail industry is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented with good numerical skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and carry heavy stock items when required.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Malaysian citizens or permanent residents residing in or near Selayang.
