Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs professionally.
- Manage Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and securely.
- Demonstrate and explain IT products to customers, highlighting features and benefits to drive sales.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and store organization to maintain a tidy sales floor.
- Upsell products and services to meet personal and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming shopping experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
