Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed information on product features and benefits to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory replenishment and alert management to low-stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively to maintain brand reputation.
- Support promotional events and store-wide sales campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education background.
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a sales-related role is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Malay and English.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail math.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
