Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and maintain the sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Restock shelves and inventory as needed to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding product availability and pricing.
- Assist in managing store operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- A friendly, approachable, and reliable personality.
