- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the brand.

- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and displays to ensure the store remains organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages to the management team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills.
