As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our store, ensuring that every parent and caregiver who walks through our doors feels supported and informed. You will play a key role in maintaining store standards, showcasing our wide range of high-quality products, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing expert advice on baby and maternity products.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Replenish store inventory and ensure shelves are well-stocked and attractively displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the store manager.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar environment is a plus.
- A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or local dialects.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light manual lifting of stock.
