Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail floor operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide professional, bilingual support to Chinese-speaking customers to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior sales staff to uphold company performance standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including replenishment and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor sales targets and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
Kualifikasi
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a retail environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales results and meet team KPIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
