Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable IT products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest gadgets, laptops, and peripheral hardware to offer expert advice.
- Perform daily retail store operations, including POS system management, inventory tracking, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately while promoting ongoing store promotions and loyalty programs.
- Ensure the showroom floor remains clean, organized, and adequately stocked at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve product-related issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve individual and collective monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- Passionate about IT products, gadgets, and consumer electronics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in local dialects is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
