Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate IT product solutions.
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, including product display, shelf management, and inventory cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle payment processing efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends, product features, and specifications to offer expert advice to shoppers.
- Proactively participate in achieving daily and monthly store sales targets.
- Assist in stock replenishment, stock take exercises, and warehouse receiving duties as required.
- Handle customer inquiries, product demonstrations, and after-sales support with professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in retail, particularly in electronics or IT, is highly advantageous.
- Possess a genuine passion for technology and gadgets.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and English (fluency in additional languages is a plus).
- Energetic, target-driven, and a team player with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
