Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product consultations and needs assessment
- Manage point-of-sale transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Drive IT product sales by demonstrating features and benefits to customers
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims per company policies
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM qualification or equivalent educational background
- Minimum 1-2 years in retail sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital payment methods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Interest in technology products and willingness to learn technical specifications
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
