Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure all promotional displays are set up correctly and adhere to company guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma holder is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to undergo product training.
