Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service and professional product demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively engage with customers to identify their technical needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
  • Manage daily Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive retail display area, ensuring stock is replenished and prices are correctly tagged.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product specifications and industry trends to provide accurate information.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving deliveries.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong interest in IT gadgets, computers, and consumer electronics.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Malay, or other local dialects.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
  • Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital POS systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new product updates and company processes.
