Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and professional product demonstrations to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage with customers to identify their technical needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Manage daily Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive retail display area, ensuring stock is replenished and prices are correctly tagged.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product specifications and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving deliveries.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interest in IT gadgets, computers, and consumer electronics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Malay, or other local dialects.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital POS systems.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new product updates and company processes.
