Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service and assistance with product inquiries regarding IT hardware and peripherals.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that shelves are well-stocked and products are displayed attractively.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product range to recommend the best solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'O' / 'A' Levels in any field.
- Previous retail sales experience is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a genuine interest in technology.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise when necessary.
