Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival to the store.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Assist with point-of-sale (POS) transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure displays are tidy and appealing.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual merchandising.
- Process customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong passion for wellness, health, or beauty products is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills.
