AEON, one of Malaysia's leading retail chains, is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Assistant to join our Wellness team at Taiping Mall. In this role, you will be the face of our health and beauty department, helping customers find the right products to support their wellness journey.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers seeking health, beauty, and wellness products.
- Maintain high standards of product display and ensure shelves are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Offer expert advice on product features, usage, and benefits to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock checks and replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment in compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns with a focus on service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly in Malay and English.
- Customer-centric mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Interest or basic knowledge of wellness, beauty, or pharmacy-related products.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
