Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the sales team in managing daily operations, including processing orders and coordinating with clients.
  • Perform client deliveries and field visits using a company vehicle to ensure products and documents reach customers on time.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and delivery logs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Support the sales manager in preparing reports, presentations, and inventory management.
  • Coordinate closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure all financial records are accurately documented and reconciled.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a customer-facing role.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
