APM Monaco, a renowned fashion jewelry brand known for its edgy and elegant designs, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our boutique team at 1 Utama Shopping Centre in Petaling Jaya. As part of our Malaysia expansion, we are seeking top talent who are passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of APM Monaco, engaging with customers to understand their style needs, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring every visit leaves a lasting impression. You will contribute to achieving sales goals, maintaining the boutique's visual merchandising standards, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner, providing a memorable shopping experience.
- Drive sales by offering product knowledge and styling advice tailored to customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment according to brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Stay updated on current trends and new product launches to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist in store events and promotional activities as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury goods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising knowledge.
- Positive energy, team player, and passion for APM Monaco's brand.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in fashion or retail is an advantage.
