Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Identify customer needs and provide expert product recommendations to meet sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and perform regular stock counts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or concerns with patience and solution-oriented thinking.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college level is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
