Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and managing inventory displays.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Perform daily opening and closing store procedures according to company guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college level is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of people.
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light manual tasks.
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
