Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products to provide effective recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular stock replenishment and audits.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly store sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or college level is an advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light inventory lifting.
