Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide expert styling advice to help customers select frames that complement their face shape and personal style.
- Educate customers on various lens technologies, treatments, and optical products to ensure they make informed decisions.
- Perform preliminary vision screenings and assist the Optometrist with smooth clinic flow.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and well-stocked.
- Accurately process transactions through the POS system and manage customer orders from point of sale to collection.
- Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service with a focus on high satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Goal-oriented personality with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, based on retail shift requirements.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new POS systems and digital tools.
- A proactive learner who is interested in optical health and the latest eyewear trends.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is a significant advantage.
