Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing a positive first impression of the brand.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash/credit payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a professional shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a polite and efficient manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
