Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and engage customers proactively to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of all product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and merchandise is attractively displayed according to brand standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining strict cash handling procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and performing routine stock checks.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints with a positive attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level coursework is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and shifting hours.
- Detail-oriented with strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
