In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our diverse customer base, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You will play a key role in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets, maintaining impeccable store presentation standards, and supporting the overall daily operations of the store, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $2,100 to $2,500 per month, commensurate with experience.

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising, signage, and cleanliness.
- Support daily store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory restocking.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stay updated on new product releases, trends, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun, engaging, and welcoming store atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Genuine interest in pop culture, collectibles, toys, or POP MART products is highly desirable.
