Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting regular stock counts.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotional campaigns to better assist customers.
Kualifikasi
- Senior High School graduate or equivalent; college level is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Hiligaynon.
- A proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with basic retail software.
