Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales conversions.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product organization.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with patience and effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to reach store-wide sales targets and promotional goals.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino/Cebuano.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks related to store maintenance.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with using digital POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
