- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer inquiries effectively and confidently.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Handle customer feedback, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing stock.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
- Proficient in basic math, cash handling, and using POS systems.
