Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Actively promote products, educate customers on features, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and participating in stock audits.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with patience and effective problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and digital payment systems.
- Energetic, reliable, and capable of standing for extended periods.
