As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Perfume Studio MNL, welcoming fragrance enthusiasts and guiding them through our unique collections. You will help clients find their signature scents, handle cash register transactions, and assist in maintaining an appealing store layout. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating an inviting shopping experience.
- Engage with store visitors to understand their fragrance preferences and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our perfume collections, scent notes, and product ingredients.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system and manage cash and digital payments.
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves, tracking stock levels, and organizing storage.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and visually aligned with company standards.
- Strive to achieve individual and team sales targets to drive store performance.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; college coursework is a plus.
- Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Basic mathematical and computer literacy for operating the cash register and POS systems.
- Eagerness to learn about perfumery, fragrance matching, and professional sales techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and highly motivated to succeed.
