As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, from initial inquiry to closing. You will handle property listings, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless experience for buyers and sellers. Your role will also involve market research, lead generation, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our experienced team to grow your skills and achieve sales targets.
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a drive to succeed. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Prepare and present purchase agreements and contracts
- Maintain client databases and follow up on leads
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets
- Perform market research to determine property values and trends
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is an advantage
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate processes is a plus
- Must be willing to work in Mandurriao, Iloilo
