As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our operations, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending products, and completing sales transactions. - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure visual merchandising standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- At least 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds
