Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of Avid Sports Philippines Inc.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or property services to meet their requirements.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to ensure a professional shopping environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide informed recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently with a focus on problem resolution.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the real estate sector is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and POS systems.
