As a Sales Associate, you will be an integral part of our store operations. Your primary focus will be to provide an exceptional shopping experience while maximizing sales opportunities. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team to maintain the highest standards of store presentation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending the right products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current promotions, product features, and inventory levels.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to company merchandising standards.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and tagging new inventory shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10-15 kgs.
