Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to drive sales conversions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level students or graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a sales-related role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light manual labor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
