Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed daily and monthly store targets.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory levels, including restocking shelves and performing stock counts.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries.
- Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital POS systems.
- A positive attitude, energetic personality, and a passion for helping others.
