Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain deep knowledge of products to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist with store merchandising, product displays, and inventory management as required.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.
- Uphold company standards for store cleanliness, safety, and organization.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or a sales-related role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and helpful demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS systems.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
