Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Koronadal area.
- Conduct field visits and face-to-face consultations with potential and existing clients.
- Represent City Savings Bank at local community events and promotional activities.
- Provide comprehensive information on our loan products, savings accounts, and financial services.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
- Assist clients in the application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, field operations, or direct marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and the local dialect.
- Must be highly mobile and willing to travel extensively within South Cotabato.
- Deep familiarity with the local geography, business landscape, and community culture in Koronadal.
- Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive, results-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and mobile-based reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high integrity.
