Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads within the Real Estate & Property sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to fully understand their property needs and preferences.
- Present property listings, conduct property tours, and demonstrate features to potential buyers or investors.
- Assist in the preparation of sales contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties effectively through various channels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade potential clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
