Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients within the Infanta area to grow the bank's loan and deposit portfolios.
- Conduct field visits and community engagement activities to increase brand awareness.
- Provide comprehensive information and guidance to clients regarding various bank products and services.
- Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank standards.
- Maintain a strong professional relationship with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Gather local market intelligence to help the branch adapt to community financial needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Must be a resident of Infanta, Quezon, or willing to work within the area with extensive local knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse demographics.
- Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or customer service, preferably in the banking or retail sector.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation.
