Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
- Drive sales through effective merchandising and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register operations
- Ensure store presentation standards and visual merchandising compliance
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets
- Participate in product knowledge training and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 year retail/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English beneficial
- Physical stamina for standing and moving throughout shifts
