Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering their inquiries regarding products.
- Assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing items to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance quotas.
- Maintain the sales floor, shelves, and displays in a clean, organized, and visually appealing condition.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies that improve overall store efficiency and sales.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the company.
